At The Covenant Chronicles, we partner with a reliable print-on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide to bring you high-quality, made-to-order apparel. Each product is created especially for you when you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver compared to mass-produced items. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create something meaningful just for you.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Order Fulfillment: 2-7 business days

Once you place your order, it takes an average of 2-5 business days to create your custom apparel before it ships out. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Fulfillment time does not include shipping time

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days after fulfillment

  • Delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on best value and speed)

Total Estimated Delivery Time (US Orders): 5-12 business days from order placement

International Shipping

Standard International: 5-15 business days after fulfillment

  • Delivery times vary by destination country

  • Full tracking included

  • Customs clearance time may add to delivery

Express International Options: Available at checkout for select countries

  • Faster delivery times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

International Orders - Important Information

Customs & Duties

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These fees are:

Phone Number Requirement

We highly recommend providing your phone number when placing international orders. This helps:

Delayed or Missing Orders

If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

Our estimated delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing (international orders)

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Temporary product stock issues

What to Do:

  1. Check the estimated delivery date in your shipping confirmation email

  2. Wait 5 additional business days past the estimated delivery date (delays happen occasionally)

  3. Check with your local post office - they may be holding your package

  4. Ask neighbors - carriers sometimes leave packages with neighbors

  5. Verify the shipping address in your confirmation email for accuracy

Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Because all products from The Covenant Chronicles are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color chosen

  • Change of mind

  • Style preference

Sizing Help: We provide detailed sizing charts for every product on our website. Please review these carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility: Report within 30 days of delivery

What We Cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged items received

  • Wrong item sent

  • Missing items from your order

Resolution Options:

  • Full replacement at no cost to you

  • Full refund to your original payment method

We'll review your request and respond with a resolution as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order hasn't moved for an extended period or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address and need the order resent to the correct address, we can process a replacement order. However, the cost of the new order (product + shipping) will be your responsibility.

Product Care Information

Initial Odor

Sometimes garments may have a temporary vinegary smell when first received. This is normal and comes from the printing process. The odor will dissipate after a few days of airing out and will be gone after the first wash.

White Residue or Discoloration

You may notice some off-white residue on your apparel when it arrives. These are not permanent stains and will wash away after the first wash cycle. Please wash the garment before reporting any quality concerns.

Washing Instructions

  • Follow the care label instructions on each garment

  • Wash inside out in cold water

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron directly on the printed design

Our apparel is created using the latest in garment printing technology with water-based, eco-friendly inks.
